She was an instructor at the Essentials of Municipal Government and created a new board member orientation program that is used across the state. In addition to her government work, Madeleine has served in executive positions on many non-profit boards and committees.
Madeleine works with individuals and groups, primarily in the areas of strategic thinking, planning and execution, and governance issues such as team strength, decision making, healthy team culture, and productive communication practices. Madeleine has become a favorite facilitator for board retreats and town hall meeting type of events.
